
- CHARACTERISTICS
- They are guided by a system similar to that of bats which is located on the lateral line.
Their bodies do not have pigments, and therefore their colouring is between flesh colour and pale red.
The females are larger than the males.

- Small animals, insects, crustaceans, remains of food and excrement.

- They are oviparous.

- When they are born they have eyes, but little by little a membrane grows over them until they become totally useless.
