Educational Programme
Faunia remains at the vanguard of environmental education. To this effect, the Faunia Education Department has selected a limited number of activities so that, throughout the school term, educational centres committed to the environment may complement the information provided in the classroom with Visits, Workshops, Special Need Education and Visits Combined.

Free Visits:
The teacher can choose the route that best suits his or her needs, without a time limit and with the help of the Map-Guide they will receive at the box office.
Guided Tours:
These routes, of one hour duration, are designed for the most daring, those who do not want pass up on any opportunity to find out about subjects as surprising as those detailed to follow.
Guided Tours in English:
Faunia is aware of the importance of students learning this language, and therefore provides teachers with the opportunity of practising it with the help of our specialist educational guides.
The students will have the opportunity of learning, through games and interaction, about some of the Ecosystems and thematic areas of Faunia, working on concepts in theory and with a practical section in play or workshop.
This year we highlights Touchy-Feely, an interactive area which seeks to bring children closer to animals in an original and fun way. The objective is to encourage conservation of Nature through direct contact with it. In addition, Faunia has developed new workshops, such as Jungle workshop or the Poles Workshop, and guided tours of the different ecosystems of Faunia.
But the offer does not end there. Faunia organizes other workshops such as the Animal Diversity, Acuamania or Planet Green. All activities are structured by level of education and school-oriented small groups for that very educational but entertaining way to expand the pedagogical possibilities of travel by Faunia.
Faunia also offers interesting proposals: Combined Visits. You can take advantage of big discounts if you combine your visit to Faunia with a tour of the Bernabeu. But we have a second option: Faunia also offers the possibility to combine the ticket with Imax.
Faunia places the education content of the park within reach of everyone, seeking to propose educational activities that are both accessible and interactive. Our educational guides will help the group to get to know the different thematic areas and ecosystems in the park through clear and simple explanations, with the support of complementary educational materials.
